Lois Claussen-Muhs was the City Clerk for 30 years.  When she passed away, she bequeathed the city money to build a pavilion.  This is a great addition to our City Park.

The Lois Claussen Muhs Pavilion is usable in both summer and winter.  In the summer you can open the rolling doors on both sides for a view and a breeze throughout.  In the winter, keep the doors closed and use the wood burning fireplace to keep it nice and toasty.  There is an outdoor grill, covered patio area, picnic tables and modern bathroom facilities.  

The Pavilion is free to use on a first come first serve basis.  If you would like to reserve your date, there is a $25 fee for that service.  Unfortunately, due to vandalism, we have had to keep the pavilion locked.  However, call or text us and we will unlock it for you!
